Generated Call Notes
How this works
Flows are defined in /static/flows.json. Each flow is a set of nodes. Nodes can be of type
choice, input, or check. Each selection can save a key/value into the
notes. You can add new flows (e.g., “Intermittent Internet”) and add equipment‑specific branches without touching the JS.
