Flowchart Tool Sanitization: Comprehensive sanitization of all flowchart workflows - removed company-specific terminology (e.g., "Level 2" → "Advanced Tech Support"), geographic references, and organizational structure details. All workflows remain fully functional with genericized language.
Statistics Dashboard Updates: Genericized proprietary terminology in user-facing descriptions (e.g., "2x2s Extra Credit" → "Customer Follow Up") while preserving all functionality and data processing capabilities.
Code Sanitization: Removed employee PII, internal URLs, email addresses, and company-specific references from all accessible files while maintaining tool functionality.

Note: The wireless flowchart is universal and works for all wireless technologies.
